Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A trough lies near the Pilbara coast and across the inland Kimberley.
Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough deepens near the west coast before moving inland Tuesday afternoon,
where it will then remain for the rest of the week.
Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 24 February
Showers and thunderstorms over most parts of the state away from the southern
Goldfields and the Eucla. Heavy falls and gusty winds possible with
thunderstorms in the afternoon over the Interior, western Kimberley, western
Pilbara and northwest Gascoyne
Forecast for Wednesday 25 February
Showers and thunderstorms over most parts of the state away from the west
coast. Heavy falls and gusty winds possible with thunderstorms over central
parts of the State.
Forecast for Thursday 26 February
Showers and thunderstorms over most parts of the State away from the west coast
north of Bunbury. Heavy falls and gusty winds possible with thunderstorms over
central parts of the State.
Forecast for Friday 27 February
Showers and thunderstorms over most parts of the State, apart from the far
western Districts. Showers and drizzle about the southern coastal parts west of
Esperance.
The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
