This storm system will interact with an increasingly unstable air mass and very strong atmospheric winds to produce severe thunderstorms beginning along the Tennessee River around midnight tonight and spreading eastward. The main threat appears to be damaging straight line winds but a few isolated tornadoes are possible along the line as well.
