Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A broad trough lies across inland parts of the Pilbara and Kimberley.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure system lies into the Bight with a trough near the west coast.
Little change is expected in the pattern over the next few days.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 1 March
Showers and thunderstorms in all but the far southwest of the state. Heavy
falls, gusty winds and hail possible with thunderstorms over parts of the
Pilbara, Gascoyne, Goldfields and northern South West Land Division in the
afternoon.

Forecast for Monday 2 March
Showers and thunderstorms northeast of a line from Perth to Bremer Bay,
contracting to north of a line from Geraldton to Kalgoorlie. Showers along the
south coast.

Forecast for Tuesday 3 March
Showers and thunderstorms north of a line from Kalbarri to Leonora to Forrest.
Showers along the south coast, mostly during the morning.

Forecast for Wednesday 4 March
Showers and thunderstorms north of a line from Geraldton to Dalwallinu to
Leonora to Warburton.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Sunday.
