Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A band of patchy light rain lies over the northwest of the State, strengthening
during the start of the weekend before easing later Sunday. On Monday and
Tuesday patchy light rain continues and extends east over the Interior.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure is developing over southern parts of the State. A weak
cold front moves over southern coastal districts on Saturday. The ridge
strengthens on Monday with a high pressure system moving towards the Bight late
Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 22 July
Showers near the south coast and west coast north of Geraldton. Patchy light
rain over the southwest Pilbara, far north Gascoyne and the west Interior.

Forecast for Saturday 23 July
Showers over the southwest parts of South West Land Division extending to
southwest of a line Geraldton to Hyden to Eyre in the afternoon and into
southern parts of the Eucla in the evening. Areas of rain over the Pilbara,
north Gascoyne and Interior. Morning frost possible through inland parts of the
South West Land Division, Goldfields and South Interior.

Forecast for Sunday 24 July
Showers over southern coastal parts of the South West Land Division and the
Eucla. Patchy light rain over the Pilbara, far north Gascoyne and adjacent
Interior. Morning frost possible through inland parts of the South West Land
Division, Goldfields and South Interior.

Forecast for Monday 25 July
Showers along the southern coastal parts of the South West Land Division and
the Eucla, extending into inland parts for a period during the day. Patchy rain
over the Pilbara, north Gascoyne and the Interior. Morning frost possible
through inland parts of the South West Land Division, Goldfields and South
Interior.

Forecast for Tuesday 26 July
Showers along the southern coastal parts of the South West Land Division and
the Eucla. Patchy rain over the south Pilbara, north Gascoyne and the Interior.
Morning frost possible through inland parts of the South West Land Division,
Goldfields and South Interior.
