iNWS user community system alert

iNWS user community: The iNWS servers are being upgraded – this upgrade is targeted for Dec. 8th.

iNWS services will remain the same and no modifications should be required by most users.

A few changes to note that will occur after the upgrade:
-- Email alerts will now come from inws.alerts@noaa.gov.
-- The web address for the main iNWS interface will change to https://inws.ncep.noaa.gov.
-- Text messages will still use the 56149 user code.

If you experience a problem, please contact us at inws.support@noaa.gov.

We will provide an update around Dec 1 on actual implementation date.
