Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A rain band lies over the Pilbara and North Interior and is expected to clear
to the east this evening. A high pressure ridge is moving over the southwest of
the State, with a high pressure system expected to lie over eastern parts of
the state on Monday, increasing winds across the north.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A cold front is moving eastwards over the south of the state, with a ridge of
high pressure developing in its wake. A high pressure system is expected to lie
over eastern parts of the state Monday. A second cold front will move over the
southwest on Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 25 June
Rain areas over the northeast Gascoyne, the Pilbara and the Interior,
contracting east out of the Gascoyne and west Pilbara during this evening.
Showers southwest of a line Geraldton to Leonora to Israelite Bay, contracting
to the southeast of the State in the evening.

Forecast for Sunday 26 June
Rain over the Interior, clearing early morning.
Morning showers over the Eucla and southeast Goldfields. Showers southwest of a
line from Mandurah to Walpole, mainly near the coast.

Forecast for Monday 27 June
Showers southwest of a line from Perth to Walpole, mainly near the coast,
increasing later in the day.

Forecast for Tuesday 28 June
Showers extending across the South West Land Division during the day.

Forecast for Wednesday 29 June
Showers southwest of a line Carnarvon to Leinster to Eucla, contracting to the
southern coastal and west coast south of Perth by the evening.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Sunday.
