Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A broad trough lies through the Kimberley, Pilbara and over northern parts of
the Gascoyne. A tropical low over the southwest Kimberley will remain near
stationary through Monday before drifting slowly south on Tuesday and Wednesday

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure is developing over the south of the State. A broad
trough will develop near the west coast on Wednesday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 29 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Pilbara, Gascoyne, Goldfields, Eucla,
Interior, inland Central West and northern Central Wheat Belt. Rain and
thunderstorms over the Kimberley, far east Pilbara, Interior, and the eastern
Eucla with moderate to heavy falls. Showers near the south coast.

Forecast for Tuesday 30 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Pilbara, northeast Gascoyne, northeast
Goldfields and the Eucla. Rain and thunderstorms with heavy falls over the
Kimberley, eastern Pilbara and the Interior. Showers near the south coast and
western Eucla coast.

Forecast for Wednesday 31 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the central Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne northeast
Goldfields. Rain and thunderstorms with moderate to heavy falls over the
Kimberley, Interior, eastern Pilbara, far northeast Goldfields and Eucla.
Showers about southern coastal parts.

Forecast for Thursday 1 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and Interior. Rain and
thunderstorms with moderate to heavy falls over the South Interior, far eastern
Goldfields and the Eucla. Showers about southern coastal parts, extending to
the southern Goldfields for a period in the morning.

Forecast for Friday 2 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and Interior. Rain and
thunderstorms with moderate to heavy falls over the South Interior, far eastern
Goldfields and the eastern Eucla. Showers about southern coastal parts,
extending to the southern Goldfields for a period in the morning.
