Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A broad trough lies through the Kimberley, Pilbara and over northern parts of
the Gascoyne. A developing tropical low over the southeast Kimberley will drift
slowly west over the next few days before moving into the Interior on Tuesday.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough extends from the Gascoyne through to the western Eucla and will
contract northwards over the weekend as a ridge develops over the south of the
State. A broad trough will develop near the west coast on Monday and will drift
slowly west on Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 27 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the central and eastern Pilbara, eastern
Gascoyne, Goldfields, Interior, Eucla and South East Coastal district. Showers
and thunderstorms tending to rain and storms in the north and northwest
Kimberley, with moderate to heavy falls possible. Showers along remaining south
coastal and adjacent parts east of Bremer Bay.

Forecast for Sunday 28 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the central and eastern Pilbara, eastern
Gascoyne, Goldfields, Interior, Eucla and eastern South East Coastal district.
Rain and thunderstorms with heavy falls and possible flooding over the
Kimberley.

Forecast for Monday 29 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Pilbara, inland Gascoyne, northern and
central Goldfields, western Eucla, Interior, northern Central West and northern
Central Wheat Belt. Rain and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and the eastern
Eucla with moderate to heavy falls possible and a risk of flooding over the
Kimberley. Showers about southern coastal parts mainly during the morning.

Forecast for Tuesday 30 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Pilbara, northern Gascoyne, northern
Goldfields, and the Eucla. Rain and thunderstorms with heavy falls and possible
flooding over the Kimberley and the Interior. Showers about southern coastal
parts, extending to the southern Goldfields for a period in the morning.

Forecast for Wednesday 31 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the central Pilbara, northeast Gascoyne,
northeast Goldfields, and the Eucla. Rain and thunderstorms with heavy falls
and possible flooding over the Kimberley, Interior and the eastern Pilbara.
Showers about southern coastal and adjacent parts, extending to the southern
Goldfields for a period in the morning.
