Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A broad trough lies over the coastal Pilbara and into the central Kimberley.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge lies to the south of the State and a broad trough will deepen near the
west coast over the next few days. The surface trough will move east on
Wednesday as a new high pressure system strengthens to the southwest of the
State.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 27 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, northwest Interior, Pilbara and
Gascoyne.

Forecast for Monday 28 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara and Gascoyne.

Forecast for Tuesday 29 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, western Gascoyne,
western Great Southern, inland South West, and inland South Coastal.

Forecast for Wednesday 30 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara and southern Gascoyne.
Showers and thunderstorms over the South West Land Division, and the adjacent
Goldfields.

Forecast for Thursday 31 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, east Pilbara, and Goldfields.
Showers near the south coast east of Windy Harbour.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Monday.
