Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure over central WA will strengthen this week with an
increase in southeasterly winds over the north of the State.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A low south of the State moving east into the Bight and will move further east
on Friday. A high pressure system is moving over the southwest corner of the
state and into the Bight over the weekend.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 29 May
Showers near the south coast and Eucla coast extending inland to the southern
Goldfields, southeastern Central Wheat Belt, Great Southern, Central West and
Lower West districts for a period during the day. Showers tending scattered
with isolated thunderstorms about the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Friday 30 May
Showers over the South East Coastal district and the Eucla, clearing to the
Eucla coast during the afternoon. Showers tending scattered with isolated
thunderstorms about the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Saturday 31 May
Showers over the southeast Eucla. Late showers developing about the South West
Capes.

Forecast for Sunday 1 June
Showers extending from the southwest to reach southwest of a line Kalbarri to
Bremer Bay by the evening.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Thursday.
