Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure over central WA with strong southeasterly winds near
the Pilbara and Kimberley coasts for next couple of mornings.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A low south of the State moving east through the Bight. A high pressure system
is likely to move over the southwest corner of the State and into the Bight
during Friday and the weekend. A weak cold front will cross the southwest
during Sunday, and will be followed by another weak cold front during Monday
afternoon.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 30 May
Showers over the south coastal districts and the adjacent Great Southern,
Goldfields and southern Interior, contracting to coastal parts east of Albany
during the afternoon. Showers tending scattered with isolated thunderstorms
about the Eucla coast during the morning and afternoon.

Forecast for Saturday 31 May
Showers over the southeast parts of the State. Late showers developing about
the South West Capes.

Forecast for Sunday 1 June
Showers extending from the South West Capes to reach areas southwest of a line
Jurien Bay to Bremer Bay by the evening.

Forecast for Monday 2 June
Showers southwest of a line Kalbarri to Hopetoun, contracting to coastal parts
between Jurien Bay and Israelite Bay during the afternoon and evening.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Friday.
