Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A trough will remain across the central Kimberley and inland Pilbara for the
next few days.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A weak front will pass south of the state during Tuesday, and a new ridge will
develop in the wake of the front. On Wednesday and Thursday a high pressure
system will move south of the state and a surface trough will develop near the
west coast.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 25 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and northeastern Interior. Showers
near the south coast east of Denmark, extending briefly to adjacent inland
districts.

Forecast for Wednesday 26 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and northeastern Interior. Showers
near the south coast, contracting to the Eucla coast by the afternoon.

Forecast for Thursday 27 February
Showers and thunderstorms in the Kimberley, mainly in the north. Isolated light
showers about the south coast east of Esperance, clearing during the morning.

Forecast for Friday 28 February
Isolated showers and thunderstorms in the northern Kimberley, mainly afternoon
and evening. Isolated light showers along the Eucla coast in the morning.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
