Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A trough lies over the inland Pilbara and North Interior, which is moving to
lie over the Pilbara and southern Kimberley for Friday and the weekend.
Tropical Cyclone Dhalia is forecast to move east then south over the next few
days, but is expected to weaken early next week to the northwest of the state

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies south of the state. A trough will develop down
the west coast on Friday. Over the weekend the trough deepens and a high
pressure system will move into the Bight. The trough is expected to move east
on Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 30 November
Showers and thunderstorms in the Kimberley, eastern Interior, and eastern
Eucla, clearing from the west in southern parts. Showers near the south coast,
easing.

Forecast for Friday 1 December
Showers and thunderstorms in the Kimberley, far eastern Pilbara and north
eastern North Interior. Showers near Eucla coast.

Forecast for Saturday 2 December
Showers and thunderstorms in the Kimberley, far northern Interior, Pilbara and
northwest Gascoyne. Early shower for the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Sunday 3 December
Showers and thunderstorms in the Kimberley. Chance of showers and the chance of
a thunderstorm in the Gascoyne, west Pilbara and western parts of the South
West Land Division.

Forecast for Monday 4 December
Showers and thunderstorms in the Kimberley. Showers and the chance of a
thunderstorm in the western Gascoyne and western and central parts of the South
West Land Division.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Friday.
