Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure is developing over the south of the state. A cloud
band over the Pilbara will gradually weaken during Tuesday.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure system is developing over the south of the state, and will move
east into South Australia on Wednesday. A cold front will cross the southwest
corner on Thursday. In the wake of the cold front a ridge of high pressure will
develop over the south of the State on Friday.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 24 June
Showers possible near the south coast. Cloudy with the chance of light rain
this morning over the Pilbara and North Interior.

Forecast for Wednesday 25 June
Showers near the southwest Capes and near the south coast west of Albany. Areas
of morning frost over mainly inland parts of the SW Land Division. Showers
developing over western parts of the Gascoyne and the adjacent Central West
during the afternoon and evening.

Forecast for Thursday 26 June
Showers extending through southern and western parts of the SW Land Division.
Possible showers over the Gascoyne, and the adjacent Goldfields, and Interior.

Forecast for Friday 27 June
Showers over the southern and western parts of the SW Land Division, and along
the Eucla coast. Showers contracting to the south coast by the evening.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
