Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A deep trough lies over central and eastern parts of the state with a mostly
westerly flow over the Kimberley and Pilbara

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
Weak cold fronts will brush the western south coast on Sunday and Monday, while
a high pressure ridge lies over southern parts of the state. On Tuesday and
Wednesday the ridge of high pressure will strengthen near the south coast.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 1 December
Isolated showers southwest of a line Kalbarri to Bremer Bay, clearing in the
early afternoon. Mainly afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms over
the central and eastern Kimberley and the northeast Interior. Early
thunderstorms over the northeastern Eucla.

Forecast for Monday 2 December
Isolated afternoon showers about southern coastal parts west of Albany. Showers
and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, northern and eastern
Interior.

Forecast for Tuesday 3 December
Isolated showers about the south coast west of Israelite Bay, contracting east
of Albany in the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley,
Interior, and Eucla. Heavy falls in the north Kimberley.

Forecast for Wednesday 4 December
Isolated showers about the south coast east of Walpole, contracting to the
Eucla coast in the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley,
inland Pilbara, northern and eastern Interior. Heavy falls in the Kimberley.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Sunday.
