Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A surface trough lies through the western Kimberley and near the Pilbara coast.
A fresh to strong easterly flow forecast for Thursday and Friday.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure over western parts on Wednesday, with a high pressure
system moving into the Bight during Thursday. A weak cold front will approach
the state Friday, brushing the southwest of the state late Friday and early
Saturday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 30 September
Generally sunny over the state.

Forecast for Thursday 1 October
Generally sunny over the State with gusty easterly winds over the Kimberley and
gusty north to northwesterly winds over southern districts.

Forecast for Friday 2 October
Showers developing southwest of a line Mandurah to Bremer Bay.

Forecast for Saturday 3 October
Showers southwest of a line Jurien Bay to Bremer Bay, clearing during the
morning.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Wednesday.
