Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A trough of low pressure extends across inland parts of the Kimberley through
to the Pilbara coast. The trough near the Pilbara coast will move offshore for
periods during the next few mornings.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure system will move eastwards well south of the State over the
next couple of days with a trough developing near the west coast during
Wednesday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 1 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and west Kimberley, Pilbara, inland
Gascoyne and the southern Interior. Showers over the South West Land Division,
southern Gascoyne, Goldfields and the Eucla with morning thunderstorms over the
eastern Eucla.

Forecast for Thursday 2 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and west Kimberley, Pilbara, northeast
Gascoyne and the Interior. Showers over the northeastern South West Land
Division, Goldfields, southern Gascoyne and Eucla and near the south coast.

Forecast for Friday 3 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and west Kimberley, Pilbara, Gascoyne,
northern Goldfields and Interior extending to northern parts of the South West
Land Division and the remaining Goldfields during the day. Showers over the
Eucla and the adjacent South East Coastal district.

Forecast for Saturday 4 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Gascoyne, Goldfields, Southern
Interior and northern and eastern parts of the South West Land Division.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Wednesday.
