Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A trough lies near the Kimberley coast and Pilbara coast.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies well south of the state and will remain there
through the next week. A broad surface trough will remain over inland parts on
Sunday, before deepening down the west coast early next week. The surface
trough will move inland on Wednesday.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 27 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and west Kimberley, Pilbara, north and
east Gascoyne, far northeast Goldfields and Interior. Patchy drizzle near the
west Eucla, south coastal districts and the adjacent Great Southern, clearing
in the afternoon then redeveloping during the evening.

Forecast for Monday 28 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Pilbara, eastern
Gascoyne, northern Goldfields and Interior. Morning drizzle near the south
coast east of Walpole.

Forecast for Tuesday 29 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, inland Gascoyne,
northern Goldfields and Interior, and extending into far northern parts of the
SW Land Division in the afternoon.

Forecast for Wednesday 30 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, eastern Gascoyne, and
the eastern Pilbara. Afternoon showers and thunderstorms possible over the
southern parts of the SW Land Division.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Sunday.
