Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A surface trough lies over the Kimberley. A ridge of high is developing over
central parts of the state.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A cold front will affect the southwest of the state during Thursday, before a
ridge of high pressure develops over the south of the state on Friday. A
weakening cold front will slide over southern parts of the state during Sunday
and Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 26 September
Showers southwest of a line Jurien Bay to Bremer Bay, extending east to
Israelite Bay during the day. Thunderstorms and damaging winds possible near
the south coast.

Forecast for Friday 27 September
Isolated showers near the western south coast. Early showers along the south
coast east of Esperance.

Forecast for Saturday 28 September
Isolated showers southwest of a line from Mandurah to Albany.

Forecast for Sunday 29 September
Showers southwest of a line from Perth to Bremer Bay.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Thursday.
