Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A high pressure ridge lies to the south producing a fresh easterly flow over
the north of the State, gradually easing as on Thursday as a weak cold front
moves over the far southwest of the state.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge lies south of the State with a high system slowly moving eastwards
through Bight waters. A weak cold front will affect the southwest of the State
on Thursday, moving eastwards into the Bight on Friday. A second cold front,
will reach the southwest of the state Saturday evening.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 28 April
Morning showers near the south coast east of Esperance and near the Eucla
coast. Showers over the Central West, extending to the adjacent Gascoyne during
the afternoon and evening.

Forecast for Wednesday 29 April
Showers over western and northern parts of the South West Land Division and the
adjacent Goldfields and Gascoyne. Thunderstorms possible southwest of a line
Bunbury to Bremer Bay.

Forecast for Thursday 30 April
Showers over the South West Land Division and the adjacent Goldfields and
Gascoyne. Showers increasing to rain periods and the chance of thunderstorms
south of a line Mandurah to Lake Grace to Hopetoun.

Forecast for Friday 1 May
Showers over the South West Land Division and the adjacent Goldfields and
Gascoyne, contracting to southern coastal parts in the afternoon. Showers
developing over the west Pilbara and adjacent Gascoyne in the afternoon and
evening.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
