Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A trough lies through the Kimberley and Pilbara.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure will move south of the State during Tuesday. A trough
and low pressure system will deepen near the west coast on Wednesday, before
moving east during Thursday and Friday.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 30 September
Showers near the south coast, clearing during the afternoon.

Forecast for Wednesday 1 October
Afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms over central and western parts
of the South West Land Division, the western Goldfields and southeast Gascoyne.

Forecast for Thursday 2 October
Showers and thunderstorms over central and eastern parts of the South West Land
Division and Goldfields, contracting east to the southern Interior, eastern
Goldfields and Eucla by evening. Areas of drizzle about the Central West coast,
extending to coastal parts of the Lower West and South West districts in the
evening.

Forecast for Friday 3 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the eastern Eucla and adjacent Interior,
clearing during the afternoon. Showers over eastern parts of the Southeast
Coastal district and southwest of a line Cape Naturaliste to Walpole.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
