Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A weak low lies west of the north Kimberley and is expected to drift slowly
east over the next few days. At trough lies over the inland Kimberley and
Pilbara.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough lies inland from the west coast and is expected to move east over the
weekend. A strong ridge develops south of the state during Sunday and Monday. A
trough deepens near the west coast on Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 1 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the northern and western halves of the state,
apart from southwest of a line Jurien Bay to Bremer Bay. Isolated showers along
the south coast.

Forecast for Sunday 2 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the northern and western halves of the state,
apart from southwest of a line Kalbarri to Ravensthorpe. Isolated showers along
the western south coast.

Forecast for Monday 3 February
Showers and thunderstorms in the Kimberley, northeastern Interior and Pilbara,
more frequent in the north of the Kimberley.

Forecast for Tuesday 4 February
Showers and thunderstorms in the Kimberley, northeastern Interior and Pilbara,
more frequent in the Kimberley.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Saturday.
