Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A weak low is expected to lie off the west Kimberley over coming days.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough lies just inland from the west coast and will move eastwards during
Friday and Saturday. A high pressure system will move under the state during
Sunday and Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 31 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the northern half of the state, across the South
West Land Division and in western parts of the Goldfields. Heavy falls possible
in the western Pilbara and northwest Kimberley.

Forecast for Saturday 1 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the northern half of the state, in western parts
of the Goldfields and in parts of the South West Land Division northeast of a
line from Jurien Bay to Bremer Bay. Showers near the southwest corner.

Forecast for Sunday 2 February
Showers and thunderstorms over parts of the state northeast of a line from
Jurien Bay to Esperance. Showers near the south coast.

Forecast for Monday 3 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the northern half of the state. Morning showers
or drizzle near the south coast and in the Goldfields and Eucla

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Friday.
