Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A rain band across the Interior and adjacent Pilbara is weakening and will
clear during Saturday. A high pressure system over the south of the State on
the weekend will produce an easterly flow over northern parts.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure system over the south of the State will be slow moving over the
weekend. A cold front will move over the southwest corner of the State on
Monday night followed by another cold front on Tuesday night.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 30 May
Rain and possible thunderstorms over the Interior and adjacent Pilbara, easing
and contracting eastwards during the day. The chance of showers near the south
coast.

Forecast for Sunday 31 May
Showers and possible thunderstorms through the southeastern Interior and over
the far northern Kimberley. Showers possible near the south coast.

Forecast for Monday 1 June
Showers and possible thunderstorms over the northern Kimberley and northeast
Interior. Showers developing near the Southwest Capes, extending to areas
southwest of a line from Perth to Albany in the evening.

Forecast for Tuesday 2 June
Showers west of a line from Shark Bay to Merredin to Bremer Bay, mainly near
the west coast in the morning. Showers and possible thunderstorms through the
Kimberley, Interior, eastern Goldfields and Eucla.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Saturday.
