Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A rain band lies across the Pilbara and into the Interior and will be slow
moving over the next few days.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure remains stationary over the southern parts of the
State.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 28 May
Showers and thunderstorms through the Pilbara, northeast Gascoyne, northern
Goldfields and Interior. Showers near the south coast, extending to adjacent
inland parts for a period in the day.

Forecast for Friday 29 May
Showers and thunderstorms through the Pilbara, inland Gascoyne, northern
Goldfields and Interior. Showers near the southern coastal parts, extending to
adjacent inland parts for a period in the day.

Forecast for Saturday 30 May
Showers and thunderstorms through the Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne, northern
Goldfields and Interior. Showers near the southern coastal parts.

Forecast for Sunday 31 May
Showers and thunderstorms through the central Interior and northeast Kimberley.
Showers near the southern coastal parts, clearing eastwards during the day.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Thursday.
