Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A broad heat trough lies over the inland Kimberley and across the Pilbara.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A weak cold front is moving over the south of the State this morning with a
ridge of high pressure developing in the wake of the front today. A high
pressure system is likely to move into the Bight, and a surface trough will
develop near the west coast on Saturday. Another weak cold front will reach the
southwest of the state, while a surface trough deepens over the eastern parts
of the South West Land Division during Sunday. On Monday the surface trough
will move into eastern parts of the State, while a ridge of high pressure
develops along the south coast.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 31 October
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, far eastern Pilbara,
southern Goldfields, and Eucla. Showers or drizzle over central and eastern
parts of the South West Land Division contracting to the Eucla coast in the
afternoon and evening.

Forecast for Saturday 1 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and northeastern Interior. Morning
drizzle near the Eucla coast, and the eastern parts of the South East Coastal.

Forecast for Sunday 2 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and northeastern Interior. Showers
developing about the southwest Capes and extending to southwest of a line Perth
to Albany in the evening.

Forecast for Monday 3 November
Showers southwest of a line Kalbarri to Katanning to Israelite Bay during the
morning, contracting to the western south coast in the afternoon and evening.
Showers and thunderstorms in the northern Kimberley, and in the Interior.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Friday.
