Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A weakening band of middle level cloud over the southwest Kimberley, east
Pilbara and northern Interior should clear on Monday. A strong high pressure
system to the south will produce a fresh easterly flow over the next few days.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A strong high pressure system east of the Bight dominates the weather. The High
moves slowly east over coming days allowing a weak cold front to reach the
southwest corner of the state on Tuesday. The front will weaken as it moves
across the South West Land Division late Tuesday and into Wednesday.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 29 June
Isolated light showers in the southwestern Kimberley, northern Interior and the
eastern Pilbara. Isolated showers southwest of a line from Bunbury to Walpole.

Forecast for Sunday 30 June
Isolated light showers clearing the Kimberley and northern Interior while
persisting in the north and east Pilbara. Isolated showers in coastal parts
between Cape Naturaliste and Walpole. Morning frost possible in inland parts of
the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Monday 1 July
Isolated showers near the southwest coast. Morning frost possible in inland
parts of the South West Land Division and in the Goldfields.

Forecast for Tuesday 2 July
Showers developing across areas southwest of a line from about Perth to Bremer
Bay. Morning frost possible in inland parts of the South West Land Division and
in the Goldfields.

Forecast for Wednesday 3 July
Showers extending across the South West Land Division and southwest Goldfields,
with only light falls expected over inland areas. Isolated light showers in the
western Gascoyne.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Sunday.
