Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A trough lies through the North Interior, inland Kimberley, and into the
Pilbara.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge will develop over central parts of the State on Monday,
with another cold front expected to reach the southwest capes Monday afternoon.
On Tuesday another cold front will move through the South West Land Division
during the day. A high pressure system will move slowly over the south of the
State during Wednesday and Thursday.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 25 September
Showers in the northern parts of the South West Land Division and the adjacent
Gascoyne. Showers about south coastal parts.

Forecast for Monday 26 September
Widespread areas of morning frost over inland parts of the South West Land
Division and the southwest Goldfields. Showers southwest of a line Jurien Bay
to Hopetoun and along the coast to Israelite Bay, increasing about western
southern coastal parts in the afternoon.

Forecast for Tuesday 27 September
Showers southwest of a of line Geraldton to Hopetoun, extending eastwards to be
south of a line Kalbarri to Kalgoorlie to Eyre by the evening. Thunderstorms
and small hail possible over southern parts. Chance of a shower about the
eastern Pilbara and North Interior. Afternoon shower in the north Kimberley.

Forecast for Wednesday 28 September
Showers possible near the southern and Eucla coasts. Early showers possible
near the west coast south of Shark Bay and over the southern Goldfields. Chance
of a shower about the eastern Pilbara, southwest Kimberley, and North Interior.
Afternoon shower in the north Kimberley.

Forecast for Thursday 29 September
Widespread areas of morning frost over inland parts of the South West Land
Division and the southwest Goldfields. Showers about the southwest Capes.
Possible morning shower near the Eucla coast. Afternoon shower in the north
Kimberley.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Monday.
