Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A trough lies through the inland Kimberley and Pilbara and will remain mostly
stationary over the coming days.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge lies south of the State and a surface trough extends through eastern
parts. A new trough develops near the west coast on Monday, moving inland on
Tuesday afternoon.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 31 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne,
northern and western Interior, Goldfields and the Eucla. Light showers near the
south coast west of Israelite Bay, extending to the coastal parts of the Eucla
later in the evening.

Forecast for Sunday 1 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and west Kimberley, Pilbara, inland
Gascoyne, Goldfields, western Interior. Early thunderstorms possible over the
Eucla. Showers along the south coast, contracting to the coastal parts of the
Eucla in the afternoon.

Forecast for Monday 2 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the north Kimberley coast, inland Pilbara,
inland Gascoyne, southwestern Interior, Goldfields and northern inland parts of
the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Tuesday 3 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the north Kimberley coast, inland Gascoyne,
southwest Interior, Goldfields, the Eucla and eastern parts of the South West
Land Division.

Forecast for Wednesday 4 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the north Kimberley coast, inland Pilbara,
inland Gascoyne and the northern inland parts of the South West Land Division.
Showers about the south coast west of Bremer Bay, extending to west of
Israelite Bay in the evening.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Sunday.
