Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies through central parts of the State.
Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A strong cold front will move across the south western half of the State during
Saturday. A westerly airstream will maintain showers in southwestern parts on
Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
Forecast for the rest of Saturday 26 July
A band of showers moving through the South West Land Division, reaching the far
southwest Goldfields and southwest Gascoyne in the evening. Isolated
thunderstorms and gusty winds in the South West, South Coastal, and the
adjacent Great Southern in the morning.
Forecast for Sunday 27 July
Showers southwest of a line Jurien Bay to Ravensthorpe. Showers through the
southwestern Gascoyne, Goldfields, northern and the eastern SW Land Division,
gradually clearing during the day.
Forecast for Monday 28 July
Showers southwest of a line Kalbarri to Hopetoun.
Forecast for Tuesday 29 July
Showers southwest of a line Jurien Bay to Hopetoun.
The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Saturday.
