Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A near stationary surface trough extends from the northwest Kimberley through
the Pilbara.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A southwesterly flow across the southwest of the state is producing shower
activity which will increase over the southwest corner this evening as another
cold front. A new ridge of high pressure will develop south of the state during
Tuesday as the front moves eastwards across the state.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 31 March
Showers southwest of a line Jurien Bay to Bremer Bay. Showers and thunderstorms
over the Kimberley and Interior.

Forecast for Tuesday 1 April
Showers in the South West Land Division contracting to the south coast during
the morning. Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, and
central and southeastern parts of the state.

Forecast for Wednesday 2 April
Showers and thunderstorms in the Kimberley and central and eastern parts of the
state. Some light showers possible near the south coast.

Forecast for Thursday 3 April
Showers and thunderstorms in the Kimberley and Interior. Showers in the Eucla.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Monday.
