Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A broad low pressure trough lies over the Gascoyne and extends into the
northern Interior.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge lies to the south of the state. A deep surface trough lies near the
west coast. On Sunday and Monday the surface trough will move off the west
coast and a high pressure system will lie south of the Bight.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 30 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, Gascoyne,
Goldfields, Interior and the South West Land Division

Forecast for Saturday 31 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Gascoyne, northern Goldfields,
western Interior, Lower West, and the northern parts of the South West Land
Division. Showers possible near the Pilbara coast.

Forecast for Sunday 1 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Gascoyne, Goldfields, Interior,
the South West Land Division, and the inland Eucla. Showers possible near the
Pilbara coast.

Forecast for Monday 2 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Gascoyne, northern
Goldfields, western Interior, northern and western parts of the South West Land
Division. Showers possible near the Pilbara coast.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Friday.
