Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A broad low pressure trough lies over the Gascoyne and extends into the
northern Interior.
Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge lies to the south of the state. A deep surface trough lies near the
west coast. A new ridge of high pressure will develop rapidly to the south of
the state on Friday.
Forecast for the rest of Thursday 29 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, inland Gascoyne,
northern Goldfields, northern and western Interior and central and western
parts of the South West Land Division.
Forecast for Friday 30 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, Gascoyne,
northern and western Goldfields, Interior and the South West Land Division
Forecast for Saturday 31 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Gascoyne, northern Goldfields,
western Interior and northern parts of the South West Land Division. Showers
possible near the Pilbara coast.
Forecast for Sunday 1 February
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Gascoyne, northern Goldfields,
northern and western Interior and northern parts of the South West Land
Division. Showers possible near the Pilbara coast.
