Marine wind warnings for West Australian waters for Monday and Tuesday.

Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A cloud band over the northeast of the state will gradually clear during Monday
and Tuesday. A ridge of high pressure will develop over southern and central
parts of the state from Wednesday, producing a fresh easterly flow over the
Pilbara and Kimberley.
Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A low pressure system inland from the central west coast will track into the
Bight on Tuesday and deepen. A new ridge of high pressure develops over the
southwest of the state on Tuesday and extends into the southern and central
parts of the state on Wednesday and will dominate the weather pattern for the
remainder of the week.
Forecast for the rest of Monday 20 May
Areas of rain and thunderstorms in the east of the state. Showers and
thunderstorms over the southern half, easing from the west.
Forecast for Tuesday 21 May
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and northeast Interior gradually
clearing from the south. Showers in southern and eastern districts, contracting
to the south coast and Eucla during the afternoon. Early thunderstorms in the
southeast.
Forecast for Wednesday 22 May
Isolated showers and thunderstorms in the northern Kimberley. Isolated showers
in areas near the south coast and in the southeast of the state.
Forecast for Thursday 23 May
Isolated showers in the Eucla and near the western south coast.
Forecast for Friday 24 May
Morning showers near the Eucla coast.
