Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A high pressure system over the south of the state will produce a fresh
easterly flow over northern districts for the next few days.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure system over the south of the state will move into the Bight and
strengthen over the next few days, with a trough developing near the west coast
on Saturday and Sunday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 22 May
Showers and thunderstorms in the north and east Kimberley. Showers over the
South West District and along the south coast, in the Eucla and Southern
Interior.

Forecast for Thursday 23 May
Shower southwest of a line Bussleton to Albany, near the Eucla coast and far
eastern inland Eucla and the adjacent southern Interior.

Forecast for Friday 24 May
Showers near the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Saturday 25 May
Early showers near the Eucla coast. Middle level showers and thunderstorms
possible over the Central West and northern Lower West districts.

Forecast for Sunday 26 May
Middle level showers and thundestorms over the far west Pilbara and Gascoyne
and southwest of a line Kalbarri to Merredin to Bremer Bay.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Thursday.
