Marine wind warnings for West Australian waters for Tuesday and Wednesday.

Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A low pressure system is contracting eastwards through the Bight with a ridge
of high pressure developing in its wake. A ridge of high pressure system will
move into the Bight late Wednesday and strengthen over the next few days,
producing a fresh easterly flow over the Pilbara and Kimberley.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A low pressure system is contracting eastwards through the Bight with a ridge
of high pressure developing in its wake. A high pressure system will move into
the Bight late Wednesday and strengthen over the next few days.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 21 May
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and northeast Interior gradually
clearing from the south. Showers about southern coastal districts and the
southern Interior, with possible isolated thunderstorms about the east coastal
Eucla, clearing this evening.

Forecast for Wednesday 22 May
Isolated showers and thunderstorms in the northern Kimberley, clearing during
the day. Isolated showers about southern coastal districts and the southern
Interior, contracting to western and eastern south coastal parts in the
afternoon.

Forecast for Thursday 23 May
Isolated showers about western and eastern south coastal parts, extending to
adjacent inland parts of the southern Interior for a period during the day.

Forecast for Friday 24 May
Isolated showers near the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Saturday 25 May
Isolated showers developing about the far western Pilbara late evening.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Wednesday.
