Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A high pressure system is developing over southern parts of the State,
resulting in fresh and gusty east to southeasterly winds over northern parts. A
broad surface trough will form over the Pilbara and Kimberley during Saturday
and Sunday.
Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure system is moving eastwards into the Bight with a weak cold
front approaching the south coast. The cold front will brush the far southwest
late Saturday and early Sunday. A trough develops near the west coast Monday
morning and moves inland during the day as a weak cold front brushes the far
southwest. A second cold front will move over the southwest of the state early
Tuesday with a cold, unstable air mass developing in its wake.

Showers about the Eucla, clearing this evening.
Forecast for Saturday 25 August
Showers developing along the south coast east of Bremer Bay, slowly extending
to southwest of a line Bunbury to Bremer Bay by Saturday night. A period of
showers in the eastern Goldfields and northeast of the Southeast Coastal
district.
Forecast for Sunday 26 August
Showers near the south coast between Walpole to Bremer Bay.
Forecast for Monday 27 August
Showers developing southwest of a line Bunbury to Albany early afternoon,
extending to southwest of a line Perth to Albany by midnight. Morning showers,
with the chance of a thunderstorm developing in the eastern Great Southern and
South East Coastal district, clearing eastwards during the day.
Forecast for Tuesday 28 August
Showers extending to southwest of a line Shark Bay to Southern Cross to Eyre
during the day. The chance of thunderstorms developing about southern coastal
parts west of Bremer Bay early morning, extending to southwest of a line Jurien
Bay to Bremer Bay by evening.
