Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A high pressure system will move slowly east over southern parts of Australia,
producing a easterly flow over the Northern half of Western Australia that will
ease over the next few days.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure system will move through the Bight on Tuesday and Wednesday. A
cold front will move through southwestern parts during Thursday, and a ridge of
high pressure will develop in its wake on Friday.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 29 May
Showers southwest of a line from Mandurah to Albany.

Forecast for Wednesday 30 May
Showers possible near the Southwest Capes.

Forecast for Thursday 31 May
Showers extending through all but northeastern parts of the South West Land
Division during the day. Moderate falls possible in the Lower West and South
West districts, with lighter and more patchy falls expected over the remainder.
Thunderstorms possible near the coast in the west and south. Showers and
thunderstorms also developing over the west Pilbara, the Gascoyne, Goldfields,
Eucla and west Interior during the day, although with only patchy falls
expected.

Forecast for Friday 1 June
Showers and the chance of the thunderstorm through the west Pilbara, northeast
Gascoyne, northeast Goldfields, western Interior and the Eucla. Morning showers
along the west coast south of Denham. Showers along the south coast. Showers
clearing the eastern parts of the South West Land Division during the afternoon
with the chance of a thunderstorm over eastern parts of the South East Coastal
district.

Forecast for Saturday 2 June
Showers and the chance of the thunderstorm over the eastern Goldfields, far
southwest Interior and the Eucla.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Wednesday.
