Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A high pressure ridge will develop over the south of the State on Monday,
before a high pressure system becomes established in the Bight from Tuesday
onwards.
Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A cold front near the south coast will move into the Bight this evening. A high
pressure ridge will develop over the south of the State on Monday, before a
high pressure system becomes established in the Bight on Tuesday and Wednesday.
A cold front will move through southwestern parts during Thursday.
Forecast for the rest of Sunday 27 May
Showers over southern parts of the South West Land Division, with thunderstorms
possible in the southeast. Showers possible over the remainder of the South
West Land Division and the southwest Goldfields, easing during the evening.
Forecast for Monday 28 May
Showers over southern and western parts of the South West Land Division, along
the Eucla coast, and in the far southwest Gascoyne.
Forecast for Tuesday 29 May
Showers possible near the coast between Bunbury and Albany. Early showers
possible over the eastern Eucla coast.
Forecast for Wednesday 30 May
Showers possible near the Southwest Capes.
Forecast for Thursday 31 May
Showers and thunderstorms extending through most of the South West Land
Division during the day. Moderate falls possible in the Lower West and South
West districts, with lighter and more patchy falls expected in the remainder.
Showers and thunderstorms also developing over the west Pilbara, the Gascoyne,
Goldfields, Eucla and west Interior during the day, although with only patchy
falls expected.
The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Monday.
