Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A trough extends through the Kimberley to the Pilbara coast. A ridge will
develop over the south of the state during Tuesday.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge is developing in the wake of a cold front and will extend
over southern parts during Tuesday. A weak cold front will brush southern
coastal parts from Wednesday evening through to Thursday.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 29 April
Showers near the south coast and adjacent parts. Early showers near the west
coast south of Jurien Bay. Showers and thunderstorms over the central and
eastern Kimberley and the northeastern Interior extending to the remaining
Kimberley and adjacent Pilbara during the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms
over the far eastern Eucla and southern Interior clearing during the day. A
cold morning with possible frost through inland parts of the South West Land
Division.

Forecast for Wednesday 30 April
Showers near the south coast and the west coast south of Bunbury. Showers and
thunderstorms over the Kimberley, northern Interior and the far northeast
Pilbara. Showers with possible thunderstorms over the northern Gascoyne and
central Interior. A cold morning with possible frost through inland parts of
the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Thursday 1 May
Showers over the Southwest and South Coastal districts, extending to the Great
Southern, southern Central Wheat Belt, Southeast Coastal, adjacent Lower West
and the far southern Goldfields during the day. Showers and thunderstorms over
the north and west Kimberley, northern Pilbara, northern Gascoyne and the
northern Interior extending to the remaining Pilbara, western Interior and the
adjacent Goldfields during the afternoon.

Forecast for Friday 2 May
Southern near the south coast extending to the inland Eucla for a period during
the day. Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, northern
Interior and northern Gascoyne.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
