Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A light wind and pressure region over the Pilbara and Kimberley.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
Gusty northwesterly winds over the Eucla and adjacent Interior ahead of a front
moving east. Cool southerly winds develop in the wake of the front through
Monday as a ridge develops over southern parts. A weak cold front moves over
the far southwestern parts Wednesday evening.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 28 April
Showers over the western and southern Gascoyne, southern Goldfields and the
South West Land Division, contracting to the south coast in the afternoon.
Thunderstorms and small hail near the southern coast west of Bremer Bay.
Showers and thunderstorms over the eastern Eucla, the southwestern Interior and
east Pilbara, clearing the Pilbara in the afternoon. Thunderstorms and showers
over the central and eastern Kimberley and adjacent northeastern Gascoyne
mainly in the afternoon.

Forecast for Tuesday 29 April
Showers near the south coast. Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley,
northern and eastern Interior and the far eastern Eucla. A cold morning with
possible frost through inland parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Wednesday 30 April
Showers near the south coast and west coast south of Bunbury. Showers and
thunderstorms over the north and west Kimberley. Late showers possible over the
northern Gascoyne. A cold morning with possible frost through inland parts of
the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Thursday 1 May
Showers over the Southwest district and South Coastal district, extending to
the adjacent Lower West District, the southern Great Southern district and the
Southeast Coastal district later in the day.
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and west Kimberley, east Pilbara and
far northwestern Interior. Showers possible over the northern Gascoyne and
adjacent western Interior.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Monday.
