The Flash Flood Watch continues for
* a portion of middle Tennessee...including the following
counties...Bedford...Benton...Cannon...Cheatham...Clay...
Coffee...Cumberland...Davidson...De Kalb...Dickson...
Fentress...Giles...Grundy...Hickman...Houston...Humphreys...
Jackson...Lawrence...Lewis...Macon...Marshall...Maury...
Montgomery...Overton...Perry...Pickett...Putnam...Robertson...
Rutherford...Smith...Stewart...Sumner...Trousdale...Van
Buren...Warren...Wayne...white...Williamson and Wilson.
* From 3 am CST Sunday through late Sunday night.
* A large area of showers and thunderstorms along an approaching
cold front will bring intense rainfall rates at times on Sunday.
Rainfall amounts will total two to three inches...with locally
higher amounts possible.
* This much rainfall will lead to rapid rises on smaller creeks
and streams...as well as produce isolated flash flooding in
urban areas.
