Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies over the south of the state. A weak trough is
developing over eastern parts.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies across central parts of the state. A weak front
is expected to reach the southwest corner Tuesday morning and another front is
expected to move along the south coast on Thursday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 29 July
Showers in coastal parts between Perth and Israelite Bay, extending into into
the southern half of the SW Land Division and far southern Goldfields for a
period during the day.

Forecast for Tuesday 30 July
Showers southwest of a line Jurien Bay to Albany, extending to southwest of a
line Jurien Bay to Ravensthorpe for a period.

Forecast for Wednesday 31 July
Showers extending to southwest of a line Geraldton to Esperance during the
morning, clearing inland in the evening.

Forecast for Thursday 1 August
Showers extending throughout the Southwest Land Division and adjacent parts,
tending scattered along the south coast, then contracting to central and
eastern south coastal parts during the afternoon.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Monday.
