Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A trough lies near the Pilbara and Kimberley coasts.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies off the south coast, with a trough near the west
coast. The west coast trough will continue to deepen through to Saturday,
before moving eastwards on Sunday. The trough will move into central parts of
the State on Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 24 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, south and east Pilbara, Interior
and Gascoyne.

Forecast for Friday 25 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, Interior,
Gascoyne, far northern Goldfields and northern parts of the Central West
district.

Forecast for Saturday 26 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, north and west Interior,
inland Gascoyne, northern Goldfields, and northern parts of the South West Land
Division.

Forecast for Sunday 27 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Interior, inland
Gascoyne, Goldfields, central and eastern parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Monday 28 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Interior, inland
Gascoyne, Goldfields, Eucla, and eastern parts of the South West Land Division.
Morning showers near the south coast.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Friday.
