Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
Generally a moderate to fresh easterly flow on Sunday becoming light to
moderate from Monday onwards with a ridge of high pressure moving over northern
parts of the State.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
During Sunday a cold front and rain band will approach the southwest corner of
the State and will move across southern parts during Monday and Tuesday. A
second cold front will move over the South West Land Division and adjacent
Goldfields during Wednesday.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 30 June
Showers possible near coastal areas of the the South Coastal and South West
districts, mainly about the Capes.

Forecast for Sunday 1 July
Showers possible about the South Coastal and South West districts, mainly about
the Capes.

Forecast for Monday 2 July
Showers, areas of rain and gusty winds over the South West district, extending
to southwest of a line Jurien Bay to Bremer Bay during the morning and
Geraldton to Merredin to Esperance by evening. Chance of thunderstorms over the
Southwest Coastal district. Heavy falls possible over parts southwest of a line
Jurien Bay to Cunderdin to Albany.

Forecast for Tuesday 3 July
Areas of rain southwest of a line Exmouth to Israelite Bay extending east over
the Gascoyne, Goldfields, Eucla and western Pilbara by the evening. Tending to
showers during the afternoon over the South West Land Division and contracting
to the coast by the evening. The chance of thunderstorms southwest of Mandurah
to Albany.

Forecast for Wednesday 4 July
Showers over the Gascoyne, Goldfields, Eucla and adjacent parts of the South
Interior, clearing east during the day. Showers over the South West Land
Division, with the chance of thunderstorms over the Lower West, Southwest
Coastal and South Coastal.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Sunday.
