Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A broad trough lies near the Pilbara and Kimberley coasts.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A weak cold front will brush the south coast late Friday and into Saturday
morning. A trough will develop near the west coast with a high strengthening in
the Bight on Saturday and remaining near stationary into next week.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 31 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the northwest Kimberley, eastern Pilbara and
adjacent northern Gascoyne. Showers near the south coast west of Esperance.

Forecast for Saturday 1 April
Showers near the south coast east of Walpole and southern Eucla. Showers
clearing to east of Esperance in the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms over
eastern Pilbara and adjacent northern Gascoyne, mainly in the afternoon.

Forecast for Sunday 2 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the far eastern Pilbara and northern Gascoyne,
mainly in the afternoon. Morning showers near the south coast east of Esperance.

Forecast for Monday 3 April
Sunny.

Forecast for Tuesday 4 April
The chance of thunderstorms over the far northern Kimberley in the afternoon
and evening.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Saturday.
