Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A broad trough lies over the Pilbara and Kimberley.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure is developing south of the State, with a high pressure
system moving into the Bight on Thursday. A weak cold front will brush the
south coast Friday evening and Saturday morning. A trough will develop near the
west coast during Sunday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 29 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, northern Interior and
northern Gascoyne.

Forecast for Thursday 30 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Interior and northern
Gascoyne.

Forecast for Friday 31 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and west Kimberley, western Pilbara
and northern Gascoyne. Showers developing near the south coast between Augusta
and Ravensthorpe.

Forecast for Saturday 1 April
Showers near the southern and Eucla coasts. The chance of thunderstorms in the
far northern Kimberley, and far western Pilbara.

Forecast for Sunday 2 April
Showers near the Eucla coast. The chance of thunderstorms in the far northern
Kimberley.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Thursday.
