Special Weather Statement
Statement as of 3:54 AM CST on February 08, 2011
...Snowfall accumulation likely for the mid state Wednesday
afternoon and Wednesday night...
A developing winter storm over the central rockies today will drop
southeastward across the Southern Plains tonight. The storm system
will then track eastward with moisture spreading across TN during
the day on Wednesday. Current indications are that with sufficient
cold air in place...the precipitation is expected to fall as all
snow beginning Wednesday afternoon and continuing into Wednesday
night.
At this time there are still some uncertainties with regard to
snowfall accumulation totals. However...at this time it looks as
though 1-3 inches of snowfall is possible area wide.

continues to unfold.
